⭕CO VALVE has established an internal quality assurance system and implemented comprehensive and full-process quality control.
☼ Source Control: Raw Materials and Supply Chain Management
☑ High-quality raw materials are the cornerstone of product quality, ensuring stable and reliable material quality.
☑ Non-machined surfaces of castings should be flat and smooth, free from defects such as sand adhesion, oxidation scale, gas holes (pinholes, blowholes), sand inclusions, or cracks. Additionally, casting markings must be clearly legible, and gates and risers should be flush with the casting surface after cleaning.
☼ Process Control: Precise Operations and Continuous Improvement
☑ During production, strictly implement operating procedures to ensure each process meets quality requirements; establish a comprehensive quality inspection system to conduct real-time monitoring of key control points in the production process, ensuring stable product quality. Furthermore, encourage employees to propose improvement suggestions, continuously improve production processes, and enhance product quality.
☼ Strict Finished Product Inspection
☑ Conduct rigorous quality inspections before dispatch to ensure products comply with relevant standards and customer requirements. Simultaneously, establish a product traceability system to record the entire process of production, processing, and inspection. This enables rapid identification of causes and implementation of corrective measures should problems arise. Through final-stage control, ensure the reliability and stability of product quality.
☑ Testing Methods:
▪️ Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Used to detect defects like cracks or gas holes in critical parts such as the valve body and bonnet.
▪️ Radiographic Testing (RT): Used to detect defects like inclusions or porosity in critical parts such as the valve body and bonnet.
▪️ Penetrant Testing (PT): Used to detect surface defects like cracks or gas holes on valve sealing surfaces.
▪️ Pressure Testing: Used to test the valve's sealing performance and pressure resistance.
