Description
4 Port Ball Valve is a control component used in industrial piping systems for flow direction switching, Diversion, or mixing. Unlike common 2-way or 3-way ball valves, its body has four connection ports. By rotating the ball, the medium can flow between multiple pipelines according to preset paths.
In particular, the 4 way I port ball valve features an internal “I”‑shaped flow passage design, ensuring that at any working position, two channels are in full‑bore connection while the other two channels are completely closed, enabling leakage‑free flow switching.

Structure & Design Features
Our 4 port ball valve adopts a split‑body or side‑entry structure, facilitating online maintenance. The ball is precision cast and lapped to ensure sealing performance against the seats reaching zero leakage (per API 598). Depending on different working conditions, body materials can be selected from WCB carbon steel, CF8/CF8M stainless steel (SS304/SS316L), while seat and seal materials can be PTFE, RPTFE, or PEEK, accommodating temperatures from –29°C to +230°C and various chemical corrosion environments.
For actuation, the 4 port ball valve supports manual worm gear, pneumatic actuator, or electric actuator, allowing local operation or remote automated control.
