Structure & Materials
This valve series features a 3‑piece ball valve design, enabling easy in‑line maintenance and cleaning. The seats and seals can be replaced without removing the entire valve from the pipeline.
The body and end caps are precision‑forged from brass, ensuring structural strength under high‑pressure conditions. The ball is made of chrome‑plated solid brass, precision‑polished to form a tight seal with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) seats, which effectively reduces operating torque and guarantees zero leakage shut‑off.
